I have desired for the longest time to to a blog. I have no idea what took me so long to finally do it but.... I'M HERE. I know absolutely nothing about blogging but I know I have a passion for writing and I have things to share with the world. I hope you all will be patient with me during this process.
I am a born again believer in Jesus Christ. I became an mother almost four years ago to a beautiful little girl. Maturing in motherhood has opened up a new way for God to minister to me. Now that I can relate to the parent-child relationship. I better understand God as my father. Therefore I named the blog the Ministry of Motherhood and how fitting is it that the the acronym spells out MOM.
I intend for this blog to be what God speaks to me through my relationship with my daughter as it compares to my relationship with him. Being a single mother, I have dealt with many different issues. I've found an abundance of support groups for Christian women but not as much of an abundance of support groups for Christian single mothers. I pray that God will used me to speak to those women about the matters that are particular to us.
